We are looking for a Labourer/Carpenter Helper to join our team to provide general labour for commercial or residential projects.Our ideal candidate is a human swiss army knife. You are flexible and willing to take on any task assigned by the Site Superintendent to keep the project moving forward safely and on time. You have worked on many construction projects, commercial, residential or both. You possess the ambition to challenge yourself by taking on and learning new things. At the same time, you understand the value of the tasks you perform as a Skilled Labourer and you take pride in doing a good job each day. You are looking to be part of a customer-focused team and you naturally communicate in a professional and respectful manner.Trade school courses/certification are an asset as is carpentry experience or an aptitude for developing new skill sets and the ability to use power tools. Previous WHMIS certification / training and willingness to attend First Aid training is required. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, CSA-approved steel toed boots, and personal tool belt/tools.
