Job Description

Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (French/English)Salary - $55,000Maritime Paper Products LP is a dynamic and team-oriented company. Our facilities are in Dartmouth, NS, Moncton, NB, Mount Pearl, NL and Summerside, PE. We are honored to be a member of Canada Best Managed Companies.We are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) in our Dartmouth, NS location.Key responsibilities include:

  • Deal directly with customers
  • Reply promptly to all customer inquiries providing information on products and services
  • Receive orders via telephone, fax or email
  • Order/product entry into computerized database
  • Monitor status of existing orders
  • Prepare product releases
  • Become familiar with machine capabilities
  • Maintain steel die and printing plate lists
  • Prepare documents for transfer or destruction of tooling
  • Back-up for ordering tooling on computer purchase orders
Required Knowledge and Training:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years previous experience in a similar role
  • The ability to build customer relationships
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Above average data entry and telephone skills
  • Proven record as a team player
  • Bilingual (English and French)
