Job Description

We are hiring an eCommerce Associate to our team!This is a new position that we are thrilled to welcome aboard. The eCommerce Associate will be responsible for the facilitation of customer contracts, especially regarding the digital side of our process. This individual must be well organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and a team player.What the work is like:

  • Advise customers on available benefit-added products and services in the way they want to interact (Online via Skype/Facetime, phone, email, text or in-person)
  • Helping to improve the car buying process by utilizing technology.
  • Working with the management staff to ensure a smooth transition with the customer between departments.
Qualifications:
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be efficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Must have a strong understanding of email platforms and video applications. (Skype, Teams, Facetime, Etc.)
  • A University degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance is preferred but not required.
Pay Range:Base Salary of $50,000 plus bonusesExpected Yearly pay in year 1: $60,000 - 70,000Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
