Job Description

Site 20/20 Inc. has an immediate opening for a general IT Specialist with experience relating to Cloud Services Administration (AWS), software testing, and Linux. The successful candidate should have experience working on a help desk or similar role and a good understanding of IT systems. They should have excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with all members of the team to support requests. The successful candidate must be willing and capable of traveling to our remote offices in the United States and other destinations abroad.Responsibilities:

  • Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide variety of commercially available IT systems ranging from desktops, servers, networking, storage and mobile devices that are both local and remote.
  • Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot backup solutions, Disaster Recovery solutions, remote connectivity, and security solutions including firewall management and network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
  • Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops and server equipment.
  • Testing software, and reporting issues to our development team
  • Perform an annual review of alternate service solutions for cost savings
  • Monitoring services for overages
  • Ensuring Best Practices and Security Practices are followed
  • Administration of security privileges and access requests
  • Creating, maintaining and monitoring cloud based services that we use

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support required.
  • Experience deploying, migrating and administration of Google Workspaces including GMail, Google Drive, Docs, etc.
  • Experience with server environments including domain controllers, user permissions and roles.
  • The ability to communicate effectively across broad levels of client representation from highly technical employees to senior executives.
  • Critical thinker
  • Initiative-taking, punctual, and dependable candidate with a passion for IT & supporting users.
  • Experience testing software would be considered a major asset.
  • Ability and desire to travel to remote offices abroad.
