As part of our Revenue Operations team, and integral to MNP Digital’s transformation of its client services, you will contribute to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients with a transformed contract management process. As a trusted advisor to MNP Digital’s clients and its internal client service leaders, you’ll ensure the efficient and effective transformation of our contract process.   • Overall, you are responsible for transforming the contracting process for client and MNP Digital stakeholders so that we are best-in-class for responsiveness, professionalism, and organization.
  • Reviewing draft contracts and requests for proposals for contractual risks and developing contractual positions for negotiation
  • Drafting client contracts in accordance with federal and provincial legislation as well as adhering to MNP guidelines and policies.
  • Negotiating contractual language with clients / client legal representatives
  • Developing and monitoring the implementation of risk mitigation strategies
  • Serving as the point person for MNP’s client-facing teams and clients regarding contract related issues and issue resolution
  • Communicating and negotiating contract-related information with internal stakeholders
  • Managing correspondence and record keeping for MNP contracts.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in contract negotiation, contract administration and risk management ideally within a large professional services organization
  • The ability to balance conflicting priorities, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional contract writing and contract analysis skills
  • Exceptional ability to balance client service principles with negotiation
  • Highly organized with excellent organization skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal designation. An MBA is an asset.
