The work of the CHS is process-based, and the position of Manager, Quality Management and Planning will ensure the efficacy of, and adherence to these processes. This position will both coordinate with staff and liaise with senior managers, to ensure the effective administration of the Quality Management System.Work environmentThe Canadian Hydrographic Service (CHS) is part of Fisheries and Oceans Canada within the Science Sector. Since 1883, CHS has studied the oceans, lakes and rivers of Canada to ensure their safe and sustainable use and to allow navigation in these waters.
