This a full-time permanent position and you will bring your strong organization and attention to detail skills to provide administrative support to our successful team, to support our clients with their cleaning needs.Skills required:· Excellent customer service and English communication skills· Ability to set priorities and work independently· Outstanding organizational skills, as you will be responsible for scheduling work crews· Strong technology skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft office. Experience working with Salesforce, payroll systems, and accounting software is an asset.· Experience using social media and able to manage our social media initiativesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:· General office administration including organization of files, documents, office equipment, etc…· Reviewing emails for pending customer orders and correspondence· Create weekly schedules and manage time keeper system for tracking organization schedules· Onboarding of new staff to build consistency with operations· First point of contact for direct customer interaction and general inquires· Data entry and other administrative tasks as required· Bookkeeping duties such as: AR, AP, and monthly invoicing· Creation of promotional items, and communications messaging· Manage social media accounts to increase organizational visibility· Organize and manage Salesforce accountWe provide:- Competitive salary- Company paid benefits (after completion of the probation period)- 3-weeks vacation- Continuous opportunities toward ongoing professional developmentWe thank you for your interest, however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
