Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager who will join our Head Office to implement, administer and maintain all quality management systems, including ISO 9001 & Z299 for the Hercules Group of Companies with the primary goal of ensuring unity and conformity to established company standards.We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes:

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular internal audits of the QA Systems
  • Prepare reports to document Company QA performance (ISO 9001, Z299)
  • Standardize best practices to ensure unity of QA program procedures and create scalability
  • Investigate and prepare internal and supplier non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure compliance through timely follow up
  • Maintain Quality Management Systems program manuals and electronic database
  • Developpe and maintain existing documents for our quality programs
  • Lead investigations into customer complaints and non-conformance of service
  • Lead 3rd party QA systems audits (customer audits)
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement through change management communication
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field
  • Training in the administration of QA and ISO 9001 standards
  • 3 years’ experience in Quality management experience
  • Strong in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
  • Legally Entitled to work in Canada
  • Able to provide references who will attest to your proven track record
