Job Description

Battlefield Equipment Rentals (a division of Toromont Industries Ltd.) one of Canada’s premiere Construction Rental Companies presently requires a Regional Service Administrator for the region of Nova Scotia.The Regional Service Administrator is an important position within our service departments in maintaining our customer’s requirements and in promoting the success of our customer relationships. The Regional employee will work with all Nova Scotia stores (Dartmouth, Halifax, Yarmouth and Antigonish). The selected candidate will contribute in the management of service reports and assist the regional service managers and store managers in their day to day requirements.Main Responsibilities

  • Consolidate billing for large fleet customers as well as processes work orders and invoicing.
  • Create, update and invoice work orders performed by dealers.
  • Coach at the administrative level of the service for his region.
  • Manage service calls.
  • Main contact for all stores.
  • Main contact for system related administration (for all branches).
Key Qualifications
  • High school diploma combined with 3 years of related experience;
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service relations while keeping a positive attitude in a fast-paced, high-tempo work environment;
  • Proficient in organization and process fulfillment, with strong attention to detail and effective paperwork organization;
  • Excellent communication skills and people skills on an internal and external level;
  • Previous experience working with technicians and in a similar and/or related parts environment;
  • The ability to provide administrative support to service operations as required, as well as warranty administration and the creation of invoices;
  • Excellent computer skills noting Microsoft applications, specifically: Outlook, Word, and Excel;
  • The desire to work effectively within a team environment.
