With broad capabilities, including in-house graphic and structural design, plate-making, and manufacturing for retail-ready displays, we provide excellence in packaging solutions to our clients. Our facilities are located in Dartmouth, NS, Moncton, NB, Mount Pearl, NL and Summerside, PE. We are honored to be a member of Canada Best Managed Companies.Hourly Rate: $19.08 per hour, plus shift premiums if applicableThis position requires rotating shift work.Responsibilities:

  • Assist with machine set up and operation, as per order specifications
  • Ensure an ample supply of bottom sheets is available as needed
  • Verify print specifications with production copy
  • Stack and pile units as per requirements
  • Visually inspect for any non-conformances
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety and housekeeping practices, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Abide by all rules and regulations of the Company
Work Conditions & Physical Demands:
  • Extended periods of walking, standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching at or above shoulder level, stooping, crawling, climbing, and kneeling.
  • Vision requirements include far and close vision with depth perception and color discrimination
  • Working in a busy environment with frequent interruptions
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with noise, dust, slippery surfaces, extreme heat/cold
  • Frequent overtime may be required
  • Shift work may be required.
Qualifications: Applicants should have the following:
  • High School Diploma
  • Must be currently enrolled in a university or college program
  • Ability to learn to operate a variety of production equipment in a safe and responsible manner
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures
  • Commitment to quality and safety
  • Ability to work as part of a team
