Job Description

Tap Room & Retail AssociateDartmouth, NSWe are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic candidate to work in a hybrid role serving both our retail store and tap room clientele 5 days a week. The ultimate goal should always be to bring our vision of East Coast hospitality to the forefront in everything we do.Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing excellent customer service to our patrons.
  • Serving beer in our taproom and facilitating the sale of merchandise in our retail store.
  • Managing cash and card payments.
  • Sharing beer and brand knowledge and making recommendations on our product.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.
  • Upholding a responsible level of service and adhering to all relevant Nova Scotia laws around serving and handling delicious NS Craft Beer.
We are looking for someone passionate about the thriving Nova Scotia craft beer industry, and the Spindrift brand… Someone with excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask and a positive and enthusiastic personality. Candidates should be self-motivated and able to operate in a dynamic work environment, both individually and collaboratively in a team environment. Candidates must be 19+ years of age as required to work in an alcohol serving establishment and responsible serving training is a bonus. Previous experience in retail, tap rooms, restaurants or other beverage/alcohol establishments is preferred.At Spindrift Brewing Co., we embrace diversity across all our operations and foster a respectful and inclusive work environment.
