CAREER OPPORTUNITY Warranty AdministratorMacKay’s Truck Center – Dartmouth NSMacKay’s Truck Center is seeking a (full time) Warranty Administrator.If you are a person with excellent customer service and organizational skills, then dont miss this opportunity with MacKay’s Truck Center.Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit claims for Mack/Volvo, Hino, Isuzu and Cummins warranty
  • Providing guidance and assistance to service personnel is regards to warranty
  • Review, correct and resubmit claims as needed
  • Maintain complete and accurate records, reconciling claims, and filing system for warranty claims
  • Maintain, organize, and ship warranty parts
  • Keep updated on all manufacturer’s warranty policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Professional attitude and good communication skills
  • Background experience in heavy truck dealership warranty department will be considered an asset
  • Mechanically inclined in relationship to the truck repair business
  • Experience with ADP/CDK
  • 3 years warranty experience (Preferred)
