The tasks involve digital web subject matter and stakeholder relationships, demanding revenue, and insights. The digital team faces time-sensitive requests that require thorough intake work to understand project and business requirements and agree on outputs and timelines for desired outcomes. Agility and anquot;always on testing quot; mindset are crucial in this fast-paced environment. The role requires digital site fluency and impactful proposals to drive content engagement, conversion rate, average gifting, and fundraising transaction volume for the website. Additionally, it will address gaps in organic search to increase site traffic, internal search optimization, content engagement, and journey optimization. Ultimately, the aim is to establish a solid foundation for an Omni Channel approach, providing personalized web experiences to the appropriate audiences instead of directing them to different pages. How you will make an impact every daySite Personalization and Journey optimization (H amp;S.ca and Lottery)

  • Develop and execute site personalization strategies to deliver tailored content, landing page, recommendations, and experiences to different user segments.(For the campaign and non-campaign periods for H amp;Samp; Lottery)
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and content teams to identify audience segments, audience to upload and personalize content based on user behavior, preferences, and demographics.
  • A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to continuously optimize user experiences and drive key performance metrics.
  • Conversion Optimization: Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce friction in the user journey, driving an increase in sales, sign-ups, or other relevant goals.
Organic Search Implementation
  • Lead the implementation of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) best practices across our digital properties to improve organic search rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing our search visibility and content optimization.
  • Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO-friendly content and website structure
Onsite Internal Search Optimization
  • Optimize the internal search functionality on our website to deliver relevant and accurate search results for users.
  • Analyze user search behavior and patterns to identify areas for improvement and implement search algorithm enhancements.
  • Work with the development team to fine-tune the search infrastructure and ensure smooth integration with the website #39;s overall design and functionality.
UX and Journey Optimization
  • User Journey Mapping: Map out user journeys and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring that the user experience is seamless and efficient across all touchpoints.
  • UX Design: Formulate landing page and personalization wireframes and mockups that showcase the optimal user experience based on user research and best practices.Drive testing
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to personalization, organic search, and onsite search to measure the impact of initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on performance and document trends, and insights, and present findings to relevant stakeholders
Stay Updated with Industry Trends
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovations in site personalization, SEO, and search optimization.
  • Implement emerging strategies and techniques to maintain a competitive edge and improve user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, agency, content, design, and IT, to ensure a cohesive approach to personalization and optimization efforts.
  • Provide expertise and education to team members and stakeholders on related matters.
Billing and Reconciliation
  • Own digital team billing and reconciliation
Who we needEducation
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in onsite management and digital marketing sphere.
  • Experience in internal search optimization, information retrieval, search engine algorithms and proficiency in usingoptimizing internal search tools (Solr and other platforms)
  • Experience in UX design and journey optimization
  • Intermediate experience with SEO.
Skills
  • Able to interpret data using GA4 for website performance benchmarking, monitoring, and improvement.
  • Proficiency in Sitecore CMS or other CMS, layout building, and have worked on personalization platforms (Optimizely, etc.) is required
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in collaboration.
  • Ability to deliver results in an evolving framework with shifting priorities and technologies.
  • Coding skills (HTML/CSS/JS) are desirable to augment personalization experience.
  • Familiarity with Excel and creating macros is a bonus.
  • Positive attitude and a strategic leader with a deep passion for the consumer and driving growth in e-commerce and digital marketing channels.
  • Self-starter with a passion for learning and staying up to date with the evolving digital world.
  • Digital paid media fluency is a plus
