The tasks involve digital web subject matter and stakeholder relationships, demanding revenue, and insights. The digital team faces time-sensitive requests that require thorough intake work to understand project and business requirements and agree on outputs and timelines for desired outcomes. Agility and anquot;always on testing quot; mindset are crucial in this fast-paced environment. The role requires digital site fluency and impactful proposals to drive content engagement, conversion rate, average gifting, and fundraising transaction volume for the website. Additionally, it will address gaps in organic search to increase site traffic, internal search optimization, content engagement, and journey optimization. Ultimately, the aim is to establish a solid foundation for an Omni Channel approach, providing personalized web experiences to the appropriate audiences instead of directing them to different pages.
