Goodfellow Inc. is publicly traded and its shares are listed on the TSX under “GDL”.THE POSITIONGoodfellow is looking for coordinator to join the Head Office buying groups team located in Delson, Qc on the south shore of Montreal. In this role, the successful candidate will offer a strong support to the sales teams and will be responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the data with our customers.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily processing of EDI orders
  • Maintaining price lists
  • Communicate price changes to the buying groups
  • Managing exceptions
  • Creating and maintaining product profiles
  • Coordinating buying shows
  • Weekly follow-ups of orders
  • Offer any other support to the team
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service role, or experience in a retail building materials environment
  • Bilingual with good communication skills in both French and English
  • Capable of multitasking with great attention to detail
  • Strong skills in time management and prioritization
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP), preferably EPICOR
  • Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere
