Our clients come from a wide range of industry sectors that include aerospace, defense, marine, security, transportation, consumer products, gaming, medical, scientific, HVAC, telecom, material handling, and environmental industries.ROLE SUMMARY: We are recruiting for Circuit Board Solders who will be responsible for the soldering and inspection of printed circuit boards in our fast paced and quality-oriented manufacturing facility.Positions Available (3): AFTERNOON SHIFT FROM 3:30 PM TO MIDNIGHT - MONDAY TO FRIDAYStarting wage is $16.00 with a $1.00 increase after 6-months of successful service and an additional $1.00 increase after 1-year of successful service. The afternoon shift has a shift premium of $1.50 per hour.What we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma
  • Must have good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Basic soldering experience would be preferred
  • Ability to work within a group or individually when called upon
  • A basic level of comfort with computer based and computer-controlled systems
Responsibilities:
  • Solder and manually assemble electronic components onto circuit boards requiring fine hand assembly as per work instructions
  • Component preparation (forming), placement or installation
  • Ability to hand solder, de-solder and identify solder bridging
  • Perform visual inspection and rework of assemblies as per IPC 610 workmanship standards and customer specific requirements
  • Perform daily duties as per work instructions and/or Supervisor
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation on day-to-day, job-to-job basis
