We are always looking for A-players to join our team!CLEANING TECHNICIAN - CONTENTSPosition Overview: Cleaning Technicians are responsible for the cleaning of contents and premises of water and fire losses.Essential Job Functions· Packing contaminated contents· Cleaning and sanitizing contents· Re-packing the cleaned contents· Unpacking the contents at insured’s home and resetting as per pre-loss pictures· Cleaning the insured’s premises (when applicable)· Post-Construction cleaning and final walk through with homeowners· Keep Contents building tidy, clean and organized· Have a good communication with homeowner during pack-out regarding personal and dangerous contents· Monitoring packing of trailers and cube vans· Inventory and documentation of contents· Supply inventory· Additional duties as assignedRequirements· Valid Driver’s License· High School Diploma· Have good computer skillsOther Skills/Abilities· Organization· Presentable· Well spoken· Attention to detail· Good team playerJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $17.00-$24.00 per hourSchedule:
