Job Description

You will be client-focused, ensuring profitability, efficiency and accuracy.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supervising technicians in repair procedures
  • Checking the quality of service repairs performed, ensuring dealership standards are met
  • Reviewing all shop comebacks with appropriate technicians
  • Maintaining shop tools and equipment
  • Working with the Parts & Service teams to ensure efficiency and provide support
  • Oversee the flow of the Parts Department, including inventory
  • Organizing shop floor and parking lot to ensure maximum efficiency and cleanliness
  • Properly training personnel for further skill development
  • Reviewing productivity and efficiency records of personnel on a regular basis
  • Recommending and coordinating training for service staff
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in an automotive career
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Be well organized; possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Hardworking, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills.
  • Managerial experience is considered an asset
