Job Description

We are looking for Golf Course Greenskeepers. A successful candidate would be energetic, enthusiastic (loves golf!), has leadership and personal skills who can work independently and collaboratively with other team members.As a member of the Fox Creek Grounds Team, you will work alongside the Golf Course Superintendent for maintenance of the golf course to deliver the best possible playing conditions for the membership on a daily basis.An Overview of Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Mowing and maintenance of greens, tees, fairways and rough
  • Raking and maintenance of sand traps
  • Raking and removal of leaves and other debris
  • Other turf duties as requested by grounds management team
  • Our goal is to provide our membership with a high-class golf experience daily. We strive to staff our turf maintenance team with talented people who share our level of enthusiasm.
  • Operation of light equipment such as hand-powered tools, riding mowers, tractors, etc.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work early mornings (5:30-6:00 A.M. start times)
  • Available to work the required weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Physically capable of completing required tasks
  • Previous landscaping experience (preferred, but not necessary)
  • Golf course experience an asset (but not necessary)
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be extremely responsible with integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Job Type: SeasonalSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dieppe, NB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
