With over 10 years in the property management industry, we pride ourselves on our reputation for excellence.We are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team.SUMMARY OF POSITIONThe Maintenance Manager is a key member of the maintenance team and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our maintenance team including the scheduling, coordination of the team and subcontractors. The incumbent is to be hands on in assisting technicians in completing maintenance request by residents while maintaining a high level of customer service within our communities. This position offers fixed hours with on call nights and weekends and health care benefits.RESPONSIBILITIES
