You will use your dynamism to animate the store, your passion for cosmetics will bring you to discover our ranges and products, and your innate sense of customer service will provide the most exceptional customer experience. So, you will contribute to customer loyalty and achieve, or exceed, our sales targets.Main responsibilities

  • Offer and provide aesthetic treatments, such as massages, facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures and foot care, and make-up, according to the list of treatments offered at Yves Rocher.
  • Respect and apply the Yves Rocher treatment protocol at all times.
  • Apply sales techniques, either: Reception in store or cabin, determination of customer needs, proposal of complementary products.
  • Listening and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Complete and personalize client files in order to follow the evolution of care and ensure that advice is offered on future purchases of products and beauty treatments.
Furthermore, for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, an asset;
  • Sales training, an asset;
  • Sales skills and consulting services;
  • Oriented towards the achievement of objectives and results;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Dynamism and motivation;
  • Teamwork;
  • Sense of responsibility and autonomy;
  • Knowledge of the cosmetics industry, an asset;
  • Bilingualism required (according to the area).
