LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTWritten and spoken competence in English and French is requiredCLOSING DATEJuly 28, 2022JOB SUMMARYParticipates with members of the interdisciplinary EMP team to assist patients with activities of daily living.The incumbent will be part of a regional interdisciplinary team to support the EMP patients in the community (including but not limited to palliative and end of life care). The EMP interdisciplinary team ensure a patient centered approach in delivering end-of-life care to their patient and family. The patient and the circle of care guide the care through the identification of care goals and needs. Travel within the South East region of the province of New Brunswick will be required to support the patients in the community.Any candidate not currently employed in the New Brunswick Public Service will need to provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19, or a valid medical certificate exempting them from the vaccine. Unvaccinated employees will be required to follow all workplace mitigation measures determined by the Employer, based on Public Heath guidance.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS
