Company DescriptionStore Merchandiser / Visual Presentation | MonctonDo you want to be part of a vibrant team and are you consider yourself a creative person You are passionate about design and you like working in a team environment where youre skills are valuedWe are currently looking for someone like you to join our team!Job DescriptionThe Store Merchandiser / Visual Presentation will be joining our Visual Presentation team and will be in charge of implementing corporate visual strategies to maximize sales and improve brand image.He/she will be reporting directly to the Merchandising Manager and will be responsible for supporting the (store name) store.What we offer:

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Merchandising Manager to assess the specific needs and support requirements for the store ;
  • Partner with the Store Manager to implement or interpret corporate visual strategies based on specific store needs, while keeping the brand image consistent;
  • Coaching and updating the Store Manager and Department Head on visual standards to ensure brand consistency;
  • Participate with the rest of the team on daily or priority tasks, such as signage, red and yellow tags, consolidations, etc;
  • Implements or dismantles seasonal/promotional window displays and interior decorations.
Qualifications
  • Must be available full time, Monday through Friday;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational/ detail oriented skills;
  • Ability to coach and train co-workers ;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment ;
  • Flexible to work weekends for special projects.
