Job Description

TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALISTProtrans Personnel Services Inc. is a full-service recruitment agency specializing in transportation, warehousing and distribution, light manufacturing, and administrative placements. We provide businesses with human resource solutions that help them meet their goals, and match employees with rewarding career options.The Talent Acquisition Specialist, reporting to the Branch Manager, will be responsible for managing multiple large accounts, be involved in all aspects of the recruiting initiatives and processes, including employment branding, and candidate relationship management. This position is based in Dieppe, New Brunswick. The ideal candidate will be an a team player, approachable,service oriented, and driven by process and metrics.Responsibilities:

  • Develop recruitment strategies, actively source & screen candidates, and present qualified candidates to the hiring manager for consideration
  • Conduct interviews via in-person or online platforms
  • Keep candidates & hiring managers engaged throughout the hiring process by using frequent communication
  • Manage and solve any customer orders, disputes, and escalations to ensure an overall positive customer experience
  • Educate customers on employment legislation and staffing related matters
  • Meet weekly recruitment targets
Educational Requirements:
  • Post Secondary Education
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of recent account management experience or
  • Minimum 3 years of high-volume recruitment experience
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous work using Bullhorns CRM-ATS
