TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (12 Month Contract - Hybrid)Cavendish Farms is a leading producer of frozen food products for retail and foodservice markets throughout Canada, the United States, and around the world. We have state-of-the-art potato processing plants in Prince Edward Island, Lethbridge, Alberta, and Jamestown, North Dakota, and an appetizer plant in Wheatley, Ontario. Our Head office is in Dieppe, New Brunswick and has sales office locations in Toronto, Montreal, and Boston.We are looking for a seasoned human resources or recruitment professional to join Cavendish Farms as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As the perfect fit for our Team, you believe the most important decision we make is who we hire. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you are responsible for providing one point of contact for hiring managers regarding all recruitment and selection needs. You participate in all aspects of the attract and recruit process from need identification to hiring recommendation. You are customer focused, easily building strong relationships with candidates, and hiring managers. You use social media and other recruitment channels to build networks and ensure a pipeline of talent is always available. Connecting the right person with the right opportunity is your passion.This 12-month contract position is a hybrid role, to provide you the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week, based on business needs.Qualifications:
