Job Description

On Behalf of our Client Midland Transport, Protrans Personnel Services, is searching for a Full-Time Truck DetailerWhats In it for you

  • $20.64 per hour
  • Full-Time Hours
  • Monday to Friday 3:30 pm - 1:00am
  • Weekly Pay Deposited on Fridays
  • Opportunity for Permanent Employment
The Role:Working with a skilled team in the transportation industry, your main role as a Truck detailer will be ensuring the cleanliness of both the interior and the exterior of the truck and trailers. Candidate will be washing trucks and trailers both interior and exterior, with a high pressure wash unit of 2300lbs output. The ideal candidate is able to handle heavy equipment, and able to move tractors and trailers utilizing equipment. Needs to be comfortable moving equipment Class 1 or Class 5 with ability to drive transport (experience) will be an asset as you will be moving trucks in and out of Washbay and into the yard. Would be the perfect position for a retired driver looking for extra work.Requirements:
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment (2300lbs pressure washer output)
  • Ability to lift/push/ pull 50lbs.
  • Previous Truck Driving and/or Truck Detailing Experience
  • Steel Toe Footwear
  • Class 1 or 5 with transport experience.
  • Clean driving abstract.
  • Attention to detail.
