Job Description

Rideau and Lakeview Memorial Gardens, located in Dollard-des-Ormeaux and Pointe-Claire, Quebec, is seeking an innovative and results oriented Assistant Branch Manager.Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Assistant Branch Manager will assist with the day-to-day operations of the branch including Administration and will back up and support the needs of the branch in the Manager’s absence. Flexibility is required for both evening and weekend availability.The successful candidate will be responsible for: · Assisting with recruiting, orientation, training and developing of staff and promoting a positive working environment.· Assisting with organizing the sales training program including the standard presentation use.· Assisting with the regular meetings and providing motivation when necessary.
