We offer polymeric sand replacement, paver re-leveling, repairs and cleaning and sealing, fixing paver areas that have sunken down or loose paver and bloc steps, or retaining walls that are falling over. We also building various new landscape projects (Patios, Steps, Walkways)_ Why Join our Team: _Signing bonus up to $1,000 SIGNING BONUS- 30-day probation- Great work ethic- Adhere to company core values- Min 2 years relevant landscaping construction experience.Competitive wagesBonuses based on performancesUniformsPaid trainingFresh morning coffee, baked goodsPaid Stat HolidaysHeath IncentivesPaid overtime (every week)Weekends offTeam Building/Social Events (Pizza days, Archery Tag, Paintball etc)Weekly Direct Deposit in your savings/checking accountREQUIREMENTS:2-year minimum landscaping team leader experience-Daily transportation to our yard (Area of : Gouin/ Sources in Pierrefonds) by 6:45 AM-Must be exclusively available to work Mon - Fri from April 1 to November 15-Workdays are average: 7 AM – 5 PM, with occasionally longer days.-The ability to work independently or in a team environment-Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers-Able to follow specific instructions-Self-motivated with a good work ethic-Punctual and dependable-Desire to produce a high standard of workmanship-The ability to practice and follow safety procedures to work safely-Submit progress reports and/or paperwork as required-Have the ability to work in all weather conditions (rain or shine)-Operate & maintain a work truck & equipment as needed.-Physically fit with the ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs.-Valid Drivers License (MANDATORY).A Phenomenal Attitude is a must as well a valid references.
