Company DescriptionMGF is a privately owned multinational company, operating worldwide in international shipments and logistics support. Established in Canada and growing quickly in the U.S. with offices in Mexico as well. We are a family-oriented environment and looking for strong team players to join us in our success.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to work in our DDO office to handle transport of containerized cargo, customer service and documentation. We require someone who is very organized and capable of handling multiple projects at the same time. We do require at least 3 years of experience.Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in industry
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurately inputs information into and retrieves from the computer. Quickly learns and achieves proficiency in new software applications as needed
  • Excellent negotiation skills to deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organization
  • Utilizes a variety of interpersonal styles and communication methods to effectively adapt to new work structures, processes, or cultures
  • Displays time management skills in relation to day-to-day duties
  • Demonstrates follow-up skills on any issues and requests from customers or sales team
  • Provides timely and professional support to all internal/external customers and vendors
  • Ability to work under deadlines
