Job Description

We are looking for caregivers to fill full and part time positions in our memory care unitMain duties:

  • The nursing assistants ensure, according to the rules of their profession and the directives of the residence, the nursing care for each resident;
  • They ensure that hygiene and safety rules are respected for the comfort of the residents;
  • They ensure general hygiene care, transmit their observations, write notes to the files;
  • They act as team leaders and ensure support and equitable distribution among the team;
  • They participate in maintaining the autonomy of the residents and ensure their safety.
Qualities and profile sought :
  • PAB training completed or in progress;
  • Must be fluent in English;
  • Interested in working with a cognitively impaired clientele;
  • Desire to learn and excel;
  • CPR and PDSB up to date (mandatory).
