Job Description

What will you do

  • Be the single point of contact for all internal and external customers throughout the life cycle of multiple orders
  • Monitor and manage customer #39;s orders and shipment
  • Manage customer expedite request
  • Diligently manage#39;change order #39; process
  • Continually monitor and effectively communicate order status to relevant parties
  • Complete post shipment tasks, such as warranty claims and product returns
  • Follow up and work with distributors to resolve any claims and debit memos
  • Other duties as required
What qualifications will make you successful
  • 1-5 years of project coordinating experience in electical industry (preferred)
  • Electrical education/experience (asset)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required
  • Ability to plan and organize effectively and has strong decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • General instructions will be provided but is expected to perform tasks independently
  • Proficient Computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams), Adobe Acrobat, experience with ERP systems
  • Functional knowledge of English and French is required. Must be able to work with stakeholders located in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and internationally.
