  • Responsible for ensuring a Brother positive candidate experience in line with our At Your Side philosophy and our mission of great people delivering a superior customer experience:
    • Coordination of on-site and virtual interviews
    • Background and reference checks
    • Offer letters
    • Follow-ups with internal/external stakeholders (i.e. hiring managers, candidates, agencies, etc.)
  • Manage and update Workday recruiting module with accurate data:
    • Candidate records
    • Resume screening
    • Job postings
    • Reporting
  • Responsible for all recruitment reporting, analytics, and record keeping, including preparing presentations.
  • Continually update all of our recruiting documentation and databases, both internal and candidate-facing (i.e. budget, candidate one-pagers, interview prep documents, etc.)
  • Research and stay updated on recruitment trends in the market.
  • Actively collaborate in process improvements.
What we look for:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in a high volume and fast-paced recruitment coordination role.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in candidate sourcing.
  • Intermediate to advance level of proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Broad knowledge of current and leading-edge recruitment trends and methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking tools (ideally Workday).
