Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, A.Vogel websites & newsletters.Responsibilities:Lead all aspects of the social media channels for A.Vogel/Bioforce. You will oversee new ideas and implement changes within our current social media channels to generate higher subscription rates and consumer engagement. This will also apply to the avogel.ca website, newsletters and blog.Research audience preferences and trends directly impacting the businessCreate engaging text, image, and video contentDesign posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new and existing productsMeasure web traffic and monitor SEODefine Social Media KPIsStay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectivenessFacilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queriesReport on online reviews and feedback from customers and fansDevelop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metricsOversee social media accounts’ layoutSuggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitionsCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Production teamsManage all Facebook, Instagram, YouTube campaignsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, New media or relevant fieldGraphic Design an asset3- 5 years experience in social media coordination or similar roleExpertise in multiple social media platformsIn-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword search and Google AnalyticsAbility to deliver creative content (text, image and video)Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channelsAbility to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactivelyExperience in the natural health products or services market desiredExcellent communication skillsFluent in French and English, written and spokenAnalytical and ability to multi-taskKnowledge of MS Office Suite and Adobe, Photoshop an asset
