The Ascension Academy program lasts approximately 18 months. Most of the training takes place at CAEâ€™s facilities at Falcon Field airport in Phoenix, in Arizona on a modern, cutting-edge campus. Read More

Once you #39;re hired

Your training will enable you to operate the aircraft in our fleet upon completion of the program.
Youâ€™ll fly some of the most fuel-efficient, last-generation aircraft in their class (A330 and A321), and work with the latest technological tools in the industry.
Youâ€™ll fly to top international destinations. Youâ€™ll quickly be flying transatlantic to Europe, the Caribbean, Central America and the east and west coasts of the United States.
