Explore our exciting career opportunities.Are you a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM)Do you have a passion for enhancing security protocols and optimizing IAM processes We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join our teamKey Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to analyze and document IAM-related business requirements and processes.
  • Serve as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring IAM solutions align with business needs and security policies.
  • Provide expert knowledge in Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Endpoint Privilege Management, and Secrets Management.
  • Identify and propose process improvements and enhancements for IAM policies and protocols.
  • Conduct impact analysis of new business requirements on existing IAM policies and processes.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for new IAM implementations and changes.
  • Play a key role in developing and executing IAM training programs for end users.
  • Assist in creating data governance and compliance policies pertaining to IAM.
  • Collaborate with audit and compliance teams to ensure IAM practices meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Identity and Access Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, including Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Endpoint Privilege Management, and Secrets Management.
  • Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk, Sailpoint, or Savyint.
  • Strong analytical skills to comprehend and document complex business processes related to IAM.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance related to IAM, such as GDPR, SOX, or CMMC.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are considered advantageous.
