As a Charter Sales Representative, your role will involve assisting our established and new client base in arranging charter flights and providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. You will focus on responding to inquiries, coordinating flight logistics, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for our valued customers.Your key responsibilities will include: • Interact with clients via phone, email, and in-person to understand their travel needs and provide information on available charter flight options. Respond promptly to inquiries, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service at all times. • Coordinate all aspects of charter flights, including flight scheduling, aircraft selection, ground handling, and catering arrangements. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of charter flight logistics. • Ensure all necessary documentation, permits, and licenses are in order for each charter flight. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, charter brokers, and operators to foster customer loyalty and generate repeat business. • Handle any issues or concerns that arise before, during, or after charter flights. Proactively find solutions, communicate effectively with clients, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve problems and ensure client satisfaction. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, flight bookings, and prepare reports, invoices, and documentation as required.Requirements• Previous experience in aviation, travel, or customer service roles, preferably with exposure to charter flights for 2-3 years;• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages French and English;
