Description du posteDans le cadre de nos activités aéronautiques, nous recherchons un Chef de projet aéronautique H/F.Vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :

  • Collaborer à la définition de la stratégie d #39;achat ou de fabricationde pièces d #39;avion et d #39;aérostructures afin d #39;optimiser l #39;utilisation de l #39;équipement industriel et d #39;assurer la performance financière ;
  • Identifier, analyser et présenter des projets alignés sur la stratégie industrielle et les besoins de l #39;entreprise ;
  • Définir et évaluer les principales composantes des projets : portée, temps, coûts, ressources, communication, risques, parties prenantes, etc ;
  • Créer des fichiers de calcul complexes dans MS Excel et développer des méthodologies d #39;estimation paramétriques ;
  • Recueillir, comprendre et documenter les hypothèses de calcul ;
  • Effectuer des analyses financières (coûts, bénéfices, rentabilité) ;
  • Préparer et faciliter la gouvernance des projets et assurer le suivi des plans d #39;action ;
  • Participer à la gouvernance du portefeuille de projets ;
  • Fournir des informations pertinentes pour les livrables financiers (prévisions trimestrielles, budget annuel, plan stratégique) ;
  • Interagir avec les différents sites et parties prenantes de l #39;organisation (achats, programmes, méthodes, logistique, finances, etc ;)
  • Développer, mettre en œuvre et maintenir les processus et les outils de l #39;équipe.
-----------------------------------------------------------------As part of our aeronautical activities, we are looking for an Aeronautical Project Manager.You will be responsible for the following tasks:Help define the purchasing or manufacturing strategy for aircraft parts and aerostructures, in order to optimize the use of industrial equipment and ensure financial performance;Identify, analyze and present projects in line with industrial strategy and business needs;Define and evaluate the main components of projects: scope, time, costs, resources, communication, risks, stakeholders, etc ;Create complex calculation files in MS Excel and develop parametric estimation methodologies;Gather, understand and document calculation assumptions;Perform financial analyses (costs, benefits, profitability);Prepare and facilitate project governance and monitor action plans;Participate in project portfolio governance;Provide relevant information for financial deliverables (quarterly forecasts, annual budget, strategic plan);Interact with the organization #39;s various sites and stakeholders (purchasing, programs, methods, logistics, finance, etc.).Develop, implement and maintain team processes and tools.
