In your role, you will- Report to the Montreal Organizational Learning Manager- Be responsible of a team of 14 technical learning advisors distributed in the manufacturing sites in Montreal- Supervise daily management of team deliverables- Balance workload among the different team members- Prioritize deliverable in collaboration with learning business partners- Implement mechanisms to assure the quality of our training programs and the way they are delivered- Doquot;go and see quot; in production areas to follow the team activities- Do recommendation on hiring and assignment of new employees based on the team experience- Act on KPIs of the function- Participate to strategic decisions regarding competency management in Montreal sitesAs our ideal candidate- You have a minimum of 8 years of work experience in manufacturing and/or project management and/or training and/or leadership- You have a college or university degree in Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Development and/or training management- You have good analytical skills, are organized, flexible and results-driven- You can work in French and in English (oral and written)- You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
