Job Description

CANADA CARTAGEPosition Title: Class 1 Logging DriverWork Location: Cochrane, ABDuration: Full-timeDescription:We are looking for professional and safety oriented Class 1 Logging Truck Driver based in Cochrane, Alberta and service Southern Alberta and the greater Calgary area.Position Summary:

  • Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)
  • Start Time – Varies
  • $5,000 bonus for relocation
Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Possess a minimum of 1-2 years Class 1 driving experience
  • Possess in continuous good standing, a valid Alberta issued Class 1 license with airbrakes
  • Must have minimum 1-year Logging and/or Off Road driving experience
  • Must provide a Clean 5 year Commercial Drivers abstract (no more than 3 demerits and 3 infractions)
  • Must be able to drive manual transmission
  • Must be willing to chain up as needed
  • Must be bondable.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
