Job Description

Kimpex, a subsidiary of the Soucy Group, is a designer and distributor of parts and accessories for the powersports industry. You will be called upon, through your knowledge and leadership, to manage various projects for our distribution center, to optimize our operational processes and to supervise the maintenance department.Heres an overview of your tasks:

  • Manage and improve at a strategic level the customer order process, from order receipt in B2B, through the WMS to invoicing in ERP
  • Manage special and large scale projects, such as the move of our operations to a new distribution center and future warehouse automation projects
  • Ensure delivery of projects under his/her direction within budget, on time and to quality
  • Supervise a maintenance team of 2 employees
  • Develop performance indicators and control tools following the implemented improvements and compare them to the established targets
  • Train and support stakeholders on new processes
DESIRED PERSONAL SKILLS
  • Bachelors degree in Operations and Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
  • Relevant experience in project management
  • Professional level English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of industrial drawing software (AutoCAD)
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance
