About Our client: Our Client is a mid-size, client-oriented firm dedicated to delivering value-added legal services with a personal touch. We specialize in various areas including family law, real estate, wills and estates, probate, and immigration law.Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will handle all aspects of residential real estate transactions including purchases, sales, mortgages, agreements, refinancing, and private lending.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee residential real estate transactions from start to finish.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Provide legal advice to clients on matters such as property rights, zoning laws, and real estate financing.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions in real estate contracts.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on properties.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Member in good standing with the Ontario Bar Association.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate law.
  • Strong knowledge of residential real estate transactions and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
