About Us: Velox Marketing partners with Canadian non-profit organizations to raise vital funds through community-based campaigns. We are passionate about making a positive impact and are seeking a driven, people-focused Freelance Recruiter to help us connect with motivated volunteers who want to support these causes.Position Overview: As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding volunteers to join fundraising campaigns for our partnered non-profit organizations. This role is results-driven, offering flexibility in how and where you work, while directly contributing to meaningful causes.Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source candidates through online platforms, job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach.
  • Conduct phone, video, or in-person screenings to assess candidates’ suitability.
  • Clearly explain campaign details, volunteer expectations, and the mission of the non-profit partners.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, training sessions, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers to ensure volunteer recruitment goals are met.
