Valard has full-service capabilities for transmission, distribution, substations, foundations, telecommunications, and renewable energy.The Senior Land Analyst supports Right-of-Way (ROW) activities by developing release packages and securing land and permits for ROW and construction projects. This role also manages land records for all Quanta Canada electrical facilities.This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and auditing documentation for land acquisitions, such as surface leases, rights-of-way, damage settlements, rental reviews, third-party crossings, road use agreements, and ROW release packages. This includes compiling crossing line lists, surface acquisition reports, landowner line lists, cheque requisitions, caveats, and public consultation reports/notifications. Additionally, the Senior Land Analyst oversees land administration contractors on large projects, mentors staff, and ensures land management tracking systems, documentation, and software remain accurate and up to date.RequirementsProject Support for Land and Permitting
