  • Evaluate and Innovate: Assess current salary structures, incentive plans, and benefit offerings to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals, identifying opportunities to elevate our total rewards framework.
  • Research and Benchmark: Conduct market research and benchmarking to compare our compensation and benefits offerings with industry standards and competitors, uncovering trends to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Design Strategically: Assist in developing comprehensive total rewards strategies, integrating salary, bonuses, commissions, health benefits, retirement plans, and recognition programs to create a cohesive, employee-centric package.
  • Analyze with Impact: Provide data-driven insights through reports and dashboards on compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies, while spotlighting ROI and utilization trends.
  • Present and Lead: Create compelling presentations on findings for senior leaders and contribute to executive compensation strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market best practices.
  • Shape Benefits: Design forward-thinking benefit programs—health, wellness, retirement, and paid time off plans—leveraging employee feedback and 2025 trends like personalization and ESG integration to meet diverse needs.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Partner with Peopleamp; Culture and senior leadership to align designs with workforce priorities, presenting actionable recommendations that enhance engagement, attraction, and retention.
RequirementsHere #39;s what you #39;ll need to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in total rewards, with a strong focus on compensation and benefits design and analysis.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., UKG) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau), paired with advanced analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience working in a financial institution considered an asset
  • Certifications like Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), or SHRM-CP are considered an asset.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills to collaborate across teams and present insights to leadership.
  • Knowledge of 2025 trends—AI-driven personalization, hybrid work benefits, or ESG goals—is highly valued.
