Job Description

MATRIX Aviation Management is a national company providing logistics and aviation management services to a diverse range of clients in the resource and service sectors, focusing on safety, transparency, and cost effectiveness. We are looking for detail-oriented and organized Warehouse workers to join our team at a camp job located at different mine sites and locations in Nunavut. These seasonal positions play a critical role in the smooth functioning of camp operational services, responsible for supporting our clients warehousing and inventory management needs.Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage of materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Prepare and package materials for shipment or distribution to various job sites as required.
  • Assist in the inventory management process, including conducting regular stock counts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule and coordinate deliveries and pickups.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and participate in all Client directed, and internal, safety training and safety initiatives.
RequirementsJob Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. is required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory-related role is required.
  • Previous remote camp experience is highly desired.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) consistently.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including possible overtime as required.
BenefitsFly-in / Fly-out3 weeks in, 3 weeks out Rotations.Must be able to get yourself back and forth to Edmonton Alberta, or Yellowknife, NWT, to catch the charter flight in and out of camp. Salary Range$400/day - $450/day, based on a 12 hour day, depending on past skills and experience.
