Build strong relationships with smart, knowledgeable, and diverse people.Assistant Site SuperintendentThe Assistant Site Superintendent will provide support to the site superintendent for the day-to-day operations of the multi-family construction projects.The position will be tasked with ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the require quality standards.What we look for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential construction.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

What will you do
  • Quality control of building construction.
  • Follow through building code and corporate safety requirements on all sites.
  • Maintain construction sites cleanliness and safety from garbage and debris, snow removal, sweeping and pressure washing, and ensuring that access into and out of home sites are safe and clean (includes stairs, ramps, guardrails, sidewalks, and driveways).
  • Perform deficiency repairs such as framing repairs, minor taping and paint repairs, install locks and miscellaneous hardware (ex: signage on houses), cabinet and flooring touch ups, window install (includes basement), door adjustment, stairs and handrail installation, flooring repairs.
  • Install and maintain temporary walkways, stairs, ramps, and handrails to ensure the safety of construction sites.
  • Complete Weekly Hazard assessments and report any safety issues immediately to the Site Superintendent and Safety Supervisor.
  • Assist Site Superintendent with quality controls checks on framing, insulation, foundation, and pre-occupancy per company’s standard.
  • Communicate with trades and suppliers by phone, email, or in person as instructed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
