Job Description

Our client is teaming up with Kayla Vangorkum from IQ Partners to find a full-time pharmacist for a community pharmacy in Bathurst. Responsibilities:

  1. Dispense medications accurately and punctually to patients.
  2. Ensure an adequate supply of medicines and supplements is available to meet patient demands.
  3. Engage with patients in a friendly and positive manner to discuss new medications.
  4. Promote awareness and educate customers during events such as public health days.
  5. Efficiently and positively address patient and doctor requests and concerns.
  6. Monitor pharmacy expenses closely.
  7. Provide training to pharmacy colleagues, including technicians, interns, and students.
Requirements:
  1. Possession of a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license.
  2. Demonstrated excellence in customer service and professionalism.
  3. Proficiency in leadership and performance management.
  4. Proven ability to expand the business through community-oriented marketing.
  5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of creating and implementing action plans.
