Job Description

DescriptionBe the lead catcher for group requests Process, qualify, confirm and coordinate banquet requests (less than 10 rooms with banquet events or room rental). Drafting and distribution of purchase orders. Support in the drafting of proposals and group contracts to assist sellers during busy periods Daily update of room inventories relating to group requests on the server Submit monthly reports on the status of individual and group sales Coordinate the groups confirmed by the sales manager once the contract has been signed signed until the group leaves.
