Job Description

PL Telecom is looking for a Security System Installation Technician to join its team. We offer, in addition to the usual telecommunications services, a personalized security solution for residences.We are looking for technicians based in Edmundston .Job specifications:

  • Explain the work that will be done to the customer
  • Proceed with the installation of alarm system and home automation products (access control, surveillance cameras, motion detectors, door contact etc.)
  • Train the customer on his new installation (arming/disarming, operation of motion detectors, what to do in an alarm situation, etc.)
  • Assess, diagnose, and report defects that require repairs
  • Ensure compliance with standards and specifications
  • Provide an exceptional experience to all our customers
  • Write and send work reports and follow-up forms to the team
  • Work independently and help other technicians in the field
  • Observe and follow all company health and safety rules and policies
  • Know and understand new products and services
  • Provide 5-star customer service
  • Other related tasks
Requirements: Have a diploma in installation and repair of alarm systems or equivalent experience.Valid drivers licenseHave experience in customer service.Be able to work days, evenings, and weekendsGood driving recordJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
