Job Description

Claims ManagerExpress Employment is currently looking for a Claims Manager for the number 1 perishable freight forwarder in Canada. This is a permanent full-time role with a salary starting at $25/hour.Job highlights:

  • Verify/analyze applicable coverage for claims
  • Negotiate, settle, and resolve all aspects of the claim process
  • Work closely with adjusters, claimants, customers and third parties
  • Receive and review incident reports and investigation materials
What we look for in a Claims Manager:
  • Excellent time managements skills
  • Experience with claims on goods of a perishable nature is a plus
  • Good negotiation skills with a focus on customer service
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills
