Job Description

Our Mission is Simple: Be the easiest place to buy and sell your car in CanadaWhat does that mean We look at every single aspect of a vehicle purchase and remove all of the friction points.Heres a few examples:You can buy a car entirely online, without any salespeople involvedYou can have your new car delivered to your driveway, usually the same dayYou can spend a week with your vehicle to decide if you love it, and if you dont well pick it up

  • Oversee every aspect of Nova Scotias Inventory Management department
  • Provide feedback, training, and leadership to ensure the inventory department has the necessary tools and resources to be successful
  • Ensure that the department is compliant with company policies and procedures
  • Review and analyze process workflow and resources to identify trends and process improvement opportunities
  • Lead and develop the workforce, including coaching, building team morale, and performance management
  • Maintain relationships with our partners in Nova Scotia
  • Regulate the inspection and listing of all cosmetic and mechanical vehicle features
  • Manage inventory progress through various of internal channels
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in management is strongly preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership experience managing direct reports
  • Willingness to learn and work at all levels to support department goals
  • Ability to motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize
  • High attention to detail
